Partner With Us to Strengthen Rural Communities

At RAD, we exist to tackle rural disadvantage and the additional challenges faced by people living in Derbyshire’s towns and villages. For many, rural life presents barriers that are often overlooked—reliable transport to reach work, affordable housing within their own community, digital connectivity to work from home, or fair access to health services for themselves and their families.

While rural areas are frequently seen as peaceful and idyllic, the reality can be very different

Hidden poverty, ageing housing, social isolation, poor transport links, digital exclusion and rising living costs are daily pressures for many households. These challenges leave residents vulnerable and limit opportunities that others may take for granted.

We need your support to continue delivering practical, inclusive services that respond directly to these real, everyday issues. By partnering with us, you will help sustain vital work in food poverty, domestic abuse support, digital inclusion, scam prevention, fuel poverty and the many community-led initiatives that keep our rural villages resilient and vibrant.

Together, we can support your teams, reduce inequalities and strengthen the wellbeing and future of Derbyshire’s rural communities.
